In an industry where trust is a luxury, these homeowners did the unthinkable — they left their flat an empty canvas and put their design team fully at the wheel.
The i.Poise team hacked almost every room down to open the space, planning a single, flowing modern-lux home around the way the owners actually live.

A sofa at the centre that seats ten with ease, anchored by a beautiful TV feature wall that takes centre stage in the open-concept home.
Every piece,
placed with intent.
From the benches and soft furnishing to the paintings seamlessly integrated into the walls, each element was hand-picked by the i.Poise team to hold the modern-lux look together.
In the kitchen, the team said less — and let the materials speak.
A sintered slab,
suspended on glass.
The island and dining table are one continuous gesture — the table floated on glass instead of laminate, for a light, weightless feel.
Matte black,
met with turquoise.
For the backsplash, the team chose a turquoise ‘KitKat-styled’ tile — the homeowners’ favourite colour — set against simple matte-black cabinets that let it truly stand out.
Light, floaty,
and made to linger.
Ghost chairs disappear into the space, keeping the eye on the suspended dining surface and the textures around it — a dining moment that feels almost weightless.
A wardrobe with
its own island.
The master opens onto a generous walk-in wardrobe, complete with an accessories island and the rounded recessed handles that recur throughout the home.
A room made
only for rest.
The owners asked for one thing of the bedroom — a place to sleep. With blackout curtains and dimming lights, the master exudes a calm, serene stillness to come home to.
They approved the very first 3D render — and even bought the art we proposed.
