Who should I engage first? – Interior Designer or Wallhub?

The decision of whether to engage an Interior Designer or Wallhub first would largely depend on your specific needs and preferences. Both options are viable and can be chosen based on your individual preference.

We welcome you to visit any of our showroom galleries with your floor plan or wall measurements, and feel free to bring your interior designer, or contractor, or come on your own. If you have any photos of your space or inspiration images, bring those along too. Our professional sales consultants will be happy to assist you in finding the perfect wallcovering for your interior spaces.

I have just completed my renovation. Can I still engage Wallhub? 

Certainly! You can still engage Wallhub even after completing your renovation. In fact, wallpapering is a great way to add a finishing touch to your newly renovated space and can help enhance the overall aesthetic of the interior.

In addition to being a great finishing touch for newly renovated spaces, wallpaper installation is generally a clean job. Unlike most renovation works that may create mess or disruption, wallpapering is a non-intrusive way to enhance your space.

How do I maintain my Wallpaper? 

Here are some tips on how to maintain wallpaper:

Dust regularly: Use a soft brush or a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush attachment to remove any dust or dirt that accumulates on the wallpaper. It would be good to use a soft brush to sweep off the dust particles from the top to the bottom, following the vertical seam. Dusting regularly will prevent the build-up of dirt and grime that can be difficult to remove.

Address stains quickly: If you notice a stain or mark on your wallpaper, try to address it as soon as possible. Use a mild cleaning solution and a soft cloth to gently blot the stain. Avoid rubbing or scrubbing the area, as it may cause further damage. Do not use harsh chemicals to clean the wallpaper as it may discolor them.

Keep maintenance stock: To maintain your wallpaper in good condition, it's important to address any small damages as soon as possible, to prevent further damage. We recommend keeping a maintenance stock of your wallpaper that is of the same batch code and color. This allows for a seamless and matching repair, should any repairs be required in the future.

Other tips: It is also recommended to install the wallpapers above floor skirtings to minimize the possibility of water moisture from getting in contact with the wallpapers (e.g. drinks spillage, floor mopping, etc).
